Our speaker for the AGM is the Hon. Heidi Girolamo MLC, who will speak to us on the topic of SA Women in Parliament. The SA election on April 25th 1896 was the first in the world where women were given the right to stand for parliament and to vote.

Heidi’s professional experience working for Deloitte and with some of South Australia’s largest corporate organisations gives her a detailed understanding of the Adelaide market and the future direction of South Australia.
Heidi has also been on the Board of Kidsafe; a charity focused on accident and injury prevention for children, from June 2014 to August 2021. Heidi has a keen interest in focusing on early intervention services because of the importance of prevention across health, education and child protection.
